The first screen allows to create a workspace: In the first screen select the newly created folder. In the folder that should contain the Workspace, create a new folder with the name of the Workspace. The first thing to do is to create a Workspace to host the projects. Now you have the latest GCC toolchain, and a simple radio button allows you to select the default TrueSTUDIO toolchain or the new one (it may be useful to easily revert to the original version).
